How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked through our booking link. You’ll be able to view all available services, stylists, and times—everything is live and up-to-date.
Can I call or text to book an appointment instead?
We do not book appointments over the phone or via text. To keep things accurate and streamlined, all scheduling is done through our booking link.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel by clicking the link in your confirmation email. If it's within 24 hours of your scheduled time, our cancellation policy will apply.
Will my card be charged when I book?
Nope! Your card is only placed on file to secure the appointment. You won’t be charged until the day of your service.
What if I’m not sure what to book?
If you’re unsure what service to select or what something includes, feel free to give us a call. We’re happy to help guide you. Once we’ve helped, you’ll still book your appointment through the booking link.
I’m having trouble with the booking system—what should I do?
