You can reschedule or cancel by clicking the link in your confirmation email. If it's within 24 hours of your scheduled time, our cancellation policy will apply.

Nope! Your card is only placed on file to secure the appointment. You won’t be charged until the day of your service.

Absolutely! You're welcome to request a specific stylist when booking online, by phone, or by text.

For blowout appointments, just come as you are. We'll take care of the wash and style for you! For color services we generally recommend coming with clean dry hair unless your stylist advises otherwise. Inspiration photos are always welcome.

We understand things happen! If you're running late, please give us a call or text as soon as possible. Depending on timing, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to stay respectful of our other guests' appointments.
